DeGroote School of Business in partnership with Siemens Canada developed an exclusive and tailored 12 month certificate program targeted at developing their emerging leaders. The Siemens Growth & Opportunity Program encompassed a comprehensive selection of curated courses, including: Essential Leadership Skills with individual coaching sessions, Emotional Intelligence, Change Leadership, Diversity, Equity and Inclusion, Design Thinking, Executive Influence and Presence, Mentoring and Leading, Powerful Presentations, Strategic Thinking and Planning, and Engaging Your Employees. With their knowledge acquisition obtained throughout the program coupled with skill enhancement, and personal growth, participants were able to successfully complete a Capstone Project over the course of the program. This Capstone experience was a culmination of the skills attained throughout the Leadership Program. These Capstone projects and their recommendations were presented before a distinguished panel comprising of Siemens Canada Executive and Senior Leadership Team. Through their active participation in this transformative Program, each leader has not only honed their leadership skills and expertise, but showcased insights that elevated their leadership acumen, amplifying their value and impact within the Siemens organization.
