DeGroote Leadership Program in Partnership with the City of Windsor

DeGroote School of Business in partnership with the City of Windsor developed an exclusive and tailored four-month certificate program as a pivotal component for their emerging leaders. The City of Windsor and Partners Emerging Leadership Program encompassed a comprehensive selection of curated modules, including Essential Leadership Skills, Emotional Intelligence, Change Leadership, Strategic Thinking and Planning, Equity, Diversity and Inclusion, Coaching Conversations and Realizing Resilient Teams.

With their knowledge acquisition obtained throughout the program, coupled with skill enhancement, and personal growth, participants were able to successfully complete a Capstone Project over the course of the program. This Capstone experience was a culmination of the skills attained throughout the City of Windsor and Partners Emerging Leadership Program

Through their active participation in this transformative Executive Program, each leader has not only honed their leadership skills and expertise, but showcased insights that elevated their leadership acumen, amplifying their value and impact within their organization.
