Executive Police Leadership Program

The Executive Police Leadership Program, developed by DeGroote Executive Education in collaboration with Senior Police Leaders, is designed to equip Senior Police Leaders with the critical skills needed to navigate the evolving challenges within Ontario Police Services. As workforce dynamics shift, effective leadership is more essential than ever.

This five-module program provides an intensive and interactive learning experience, covering strategic management, project management, influencing change, coaching and mentoring, and leadership communication. Developed by industry and faculty experts, the program ensures participants gain practical insights and actionable strategies to lead their teams effectively and drive meaningful change within their communities.

Upon completion, attendees will receive a Certificate of Completion from McMaster University and the DeGroote School of Business.
