DeGroote School of Business in partnership with Conservation Halton developed an exclusive and tailored 8-month certificate program targeted at developing their emerging leaders. The Conservation Halton Emerging Innovation Leaders Program encompassed a comprehensive selection of curated courses, including: Essential Leadership Skills, Change Leadership, Emotional Intelligence, Design Thinking, Mentorship, Cybersecurity and Data Governance, Digital Transformation, Diversity, Equity and Inclusion, Strategic Thinking and Planning, and Engaging Your Employees.
With their knowledge acquisition obtained throughout the program coupled with skill enhancement, and personal growth, participants were able to successfully complete a Capstone Project over the course of the program. This Capstone experience was a culmination of the skills attained throughout the Leadership Program. These Capstone projects and their recommendations were presented before a distinguished panel comprising of Conservation Halton Senior Leadership Team.
Through their active participation in this transformative Program, each leader has not only honed their leadership skills and expertise, but showcased insights that elevated their innovative leadership acumen, amplifying their value and impact within the Conservation Halton Organization.
